Strength & conditioning foundations
$60 for 6 Hours
Our Foundations weekend intensive is held on the second weekend of each month and will allow us to introduce and define all of our movements in a workshop type setting. Your attendance will allow you to grow in a class with others that are new to our program, saving you the frustration of feeling like "the new guy". Once you’ve completed our Foundations Program you will be eligible to sign up for regular Strength & Conditioning classes.
Foundations can also be completed as 4, 1:1 private sessions. Each private is 1 hour long and will cover the same curriculum as the group foundation training. This option is ideal for those that have busy weekend schedules. The cost is $150 for the 4 sessions.
Over the course of 2 days we will lay the foundation on how to move your body more effectively in a functional manor. You'll learn how to properly execute funtional movements such as squatting, pressing, and lifting. Olympic weightlifting will be introduced as well. There will be 3 short workouts each day to apply your newly acquired skills.
How Do I Sign Up?
Due to our small class sizes we require everyone to attend a complimentary Athlete Assessment prior to signing up for our Foundations Program. During this 1 hour complimentary session we'll meet with you to detail our philosophy in training/programming as well as teach you the ins & outs of our program. We'll take you through some basic movements from our program, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that we're a good fit for each other.
